Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center experience, home birth, or prefer the convenience of virtual support, my goal is to help you feel confident, calm, and cared for wherever you are.

Ongoing support throughout pregnancy for questions, guidance, reassurance, encouragement, and real-time virtual check-ins whenever you need support.

✨ On-Call Birth Support
Beginning at an agreed gestational timeframe, I remain on-call 24/7 for your labor and birth; available for in-person attendance or virtual guidance, depending on your selected support package.

✨ Continuous Labor Support
Compassionate in-person or virtual support during labor, including breathing guidance, comfort coaching, position suggestions, relaxation techniques, emotional reassurance, and partner guidance.

✨ Virtual Labor Coaching
For families who prefer remote support, receive real-time video or phone guidance throughout labor with continuous encouragement, comfort strategies, and birth navigation support from wherever you are.

✨ Partner Support
Guidance and reassurance for your birth partner so they feel confident, informed, included, and supported throughout the birth experience.

✨ Immediate Postpartum Support
Support during the first hours after birth to assist with emotional grounding, bonding, breastfeeding initiation (if desired), and transition into postpartum recovery.

A dedicated in-person or virtual follow-up to process your birth experience, check on recovery, emotional wellbeing, and newborn adjustment.

Insurance & Payment Options
Many birth doula services may be eligible for reimbursement through certain health insurance plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), employer maternity benefits, or supplemental wellness programs. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so clients are encouraged to verify benefits directly with their insurance company. Documentation, receipts, or superbills can be provided upon request for reimbursement purposes.
